10. The Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Goods in transit. The Seller will render to the Purchaser such support as might be necessary to make claims on carriers offered the Buyer notified the Seller and the carriers in writing instantly, such loss or damage is found.
At our option, we might provide surplus products as a safety measure against damage or loss. 13. Where the storage is at an area remote from the installation website, transfer of our materials to website is the responsibility of the buyer.
14. If the Buyer requires unique packing in relation to the Item it need to be accepted in composing between the Purchaser and the Seller, and the cost of the same is to the Purchaser's account and accordingly will be included in the Purchase Rate. If the Seller fails to include the expense of unique packaging in the Purchase Rate the Buyer should pay to the Seller such costs on need.

21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller instantly. If the Purchaser fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, withhold shipment of any further Item to the Buyer and may terminate, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving contracts in between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Price is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
